International Group Insurance for your Employees is another area that Good Neighbor Insurance provides to our clients. Since Good Neighbor Insurance started in 1997 we have expanded our group department from 1 person to 3 person department. We currently handle (as of 2015) over 70 organizations for their overseas group insurance benefits. Our groups range from those serving overseas in faith based organizations to NGOs, hospitals, schools, and even hotels.

Here is more information related to our group insurance options:
Good Neighbor Insurance can help get international group health insurance for groups from 2 to 500 or more units. It is required that the group be bona fide and that billing be to one address only. Also 50 percent of the members of the group must apply as well as 75 percent of the eligible members. Members are considered “ineligible” only if they have insurance through another source, e.g. disability, social security, military or a spouse who is covered with company insurance.
Sometimes group insurance can be less expensive than individual policies. Also, in certain instances, group insurance affords better coverage. It also provides the option of guaranteed insurance coverage under the HIPAA Law once a person decides to relocate in the USA.
In most cases a certain percentage of the home base staff can be included in the group coverage. For example, if the total group numbers 20, at least 4 units can be located in the USA.
For a group quote contact GNI and we will send you a Request for Proposal / Census Form. Once we receive the Census Form from you, we can provide a group quote in 10-14 days.
